Toyama white shrimp rice cracker

White shrimp, which have a subtle sweetness and elegant fragrance, are dried, powdered, and kneaded into the rice cracker dough.

The rice cracker dough is made from 100% non-glutinous rice from Toyama Prefecture.

The rice cracker is made from 100% Toyama rice, and only Toyama Prefecture brand rice “Tentakaku” sourced from within the prefecture is used. The grains are larger than Koshihikari, and it’s not too sticky, with a refreshing texture that makes it perfect for the rice cracker dough.
