Kanazawa Pan Cake

The dough was fluffy and chewy. It seemed that dough got fruits flavor and giving it a tropical taste.

The cream is combined with the fruit flavor, it tasted like fruity filling. The cream also contained a small amount of              fruit pulp, which gave it a different texture
